Industrial freezing dehumidifier is what we usually say dehumidifier, why is it called freezing dehumidifier? Because the basic principle is a physical phenomenon, that is, the water vapor in the air at normal temperature and relatively high humidity meets the cold copper pipe to form water droplets, a liquefaction process, simply put, is a process in which water vapor becomes water droplets when it is cold. Because the water vapor in the air is liquefied into water droplets, the water content in the air decreases, and the air becomes dry. Therefore, in the whole process, the dehumidifier is a dehumidifier that provides a steam cooling liquefaction device, so it is professionally called a frozen dehumidifier.

The entire dehumidification process of industrial refrigeration dehumidifiers is subdivided into:

(1) Dehumidifier internal circulation: through the operation of the compressor → exhaust port discharge of high temperature and high pressure gas → cooling into the condenser → into low temperature and high pressure gas → through the capillary closure → into low temperature and low pressure liquid → through the evaporator evaporation and heat absorption → back to the compressor into low temperature and low pressure gas. And so on.

(2) External circulation of the dehumidifier: in the case of normal startup → through the operation of the fan → humid air is drawn from the air inlet → through the evaporator → the evaporator adsorbs water in the air on the aluminum sheet → becomes dry air → dissipates heat through the condenser → blows out from the outlet. Two cyclic processes, so as to achieve the conversion of energy and follow the law of conservation of energy, and finally complete the dehumidification process of the entire specific space.

Industrial refrigeration dehumidifier has good dehumidification effect, fast decrease in relative humidity of the room, low operating costs, does not require heat source, does not need cooling water, easy to operate and flexible to use. It is widely used in national defense engineering, civil air defense engineering, all kinds of warehouses, libraries, archives, underground engineering, electronics industry, precision machining, medicine, food, agricultural seed storage and workshops of industrial and mining enterprises and other places with humidity requirements.
